Histoire des \"Appenzellos\"<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A la fin des ann\u00e9es 80 et au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 90, j'ai travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve pendant environ sept ans.<\/p>

Les trois premiers, je passais tous les matins devant le magasin Davidoff et, le week-end ou le soir, j'observais souvent les gens qui y disparaissaient. En tant qu'Appenzellois, le monde des cigares \u00e9tait totalement nouveau pour moi. Je cherchais en vain des cigares courbes et des cigares en forme de cheval, comme ceux que les paysans fumaient chez nous. Mais j'ai eu la chance de pouvoir me plonger de temps en temps dans ce monde gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mes divers coll\u00e8gues d'Appenzell et du reste de la Suisse al\u00e9manique. La plupart du temps, apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9jeuner copieux ou un d\u00eener savoureux, on commandait du tabac de Cuba et on le fumait avec d\u00e9lectation pendant des heures.<\/p>

Les tentes en Suisse romande ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9es et je suis revenu \u00e0 Appenzell en 1995. Ce qui est rest\u00e9, c'est le virus du cigare. Entre-temps, j'ai \u00e9galement essay\u00e9 d'autres sortes de tabac et j'ai aussi fum\u00e9 la pipe pendant un certain temps.<\/p>

Ce qui me d\u00e9rangeait ou me pr\u00e9occupait de plus en plus, c'\u00e9tait le rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9 de la vie quotidienne ou du monde du travail. Tout le monde me disait : non, je ne fume pas de cigare, c'est trop long. C'est ainsi qu'a m\u00fbri l'id\u00e9e, dans mon \"Ch\u00f6pfli\" appenzellois, que quelque chose devait \u00eatre mis sur le march\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce besoin.<\/p>

Les Appenzellois - connus pour \u00eatre un petit peuple, mais qui n'a pas besoin de se cacher - ont fourni le nom.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

L'id\u00e9e \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er un cigare que l'on puisse fumer en 25-30 minutes, qui ne pr\u00e9sente aucun d\u00e9faut de qualit\u00e9 et qui soit facile \u00e0 fumer pour tout le monde ou presque. (La longueur et le diam\u00e8tre sont toujours les m\u00eames aujourd'hui). La recherche d'un producteur s'est ensuite av\u00e9r\u00e9e plus difficile, le format Robusto Immenso n'\u00e9tant pas encore connu sur le march\u00e9. Entre le premier rendez-vous avec le producteur et la premi\u00e8re livraison, il s'est \u00e9coul\u00e9 deux ans, pas moins. Depuis 2016, nous proposons \u00e9galement les grands appenzellos \"confortables\", car les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es ont de nouveau plus de temps \u00e0 consacrer \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>

Les cigares sont produits au Costa Rica avec du tabac de la R\u00e9publique dominicaine sous le nom de \"CONDE DE IRAZU\". Les descriptions exactes et les formats peuvent \u00eatre consult\u00e9s sur le site www.appenzellos.ch ou www.irazu.ch. La vente se fait exclusivement par Internet et dans quelques boutiques de cigares s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es. Les h\u00f4tels locaux sont \u00e9galement de bons acheteurs et nous soutiennent depuis nos d\u00e9buts.<\/p>
